Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with the FLAG
peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple
immunizations, eggs were collected. Antibodies
were immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide
immobilized on a solid phase matrix and
conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Host: Chicken
Format:
Liquid. HRP-conjugated antibody in 50 mM
HEPES pH 7.0, 0.1 M sodium chloride with
0.2% BSA and 0.01% thimerosal.
Storage and Stability:
Store at +4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: Use at 1:5,000 – 1:20,000.

Western blot: Use at 1:1,000 - 1:5,000
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
