复溶后，2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。复溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3个月有效期。
复溶方法
开盖之前，先离心，以将内容物带到底部。使用无菌去离子水复溶，重新配制至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的浓度，可根据后续实验更进一步稀释；长期储存，建议在稀释缓冲液中加入载体蛋白(0.1% BSA); 分装为一次实验用量，-80℃冻存，避免反复冻融。
