质粒pSD-gRNA专门用于在哺乳动物细胞中表达sgRNA，该质粒含CMV启动子驱动的GFP报告基因表达框，与Cas9表达质粒一起转染细胞即可以完成基因组编辑功能。此质粒由Biomics独立设计含氨苄抗性用于阳性克隆筛选，试剂盒提供预剪切线性质粒，客户可以直接进行连接筛选阳性克隆，降低了客户酶切质粒不完全导致假阳性克隆的出现几率。
